The Dorset Golf & Country Club hosts 27 holes of fantastic Championship Golf. It has hosted many championships including PGA events, West of England Championships, County Championships, and many amateur tournaments. It is recognised as one of the golfing gems in the South of England.
The courses are built to full USGA specification presenting excellent playing conditions for all levels of golfers all year round! Due to the excellent irrigation and drainage systems, the courses have not been closed for over seven years. We never use mats on our tees during the Winter as we have excellent grass coverage, and we will remain on main greens all year round too unless there is a severe frost.
We have a large air-conditioned clubhouse that boasts 3 wide screen televisions, a games room, darts room, pool table and bridge club. A separate Gym membership and Fishing membership is also available for our fitness centre.

Term - LAKELAND
You can play ALL 27 Holes of Golf with no fee’s to pay
Term - WOODLAND
You can play the Woodland Course only with no fee’s to pay the Lakeland or Parkland Course will be chargeable at half rate.
Term - 5 DAY
This is a Monday to Friday Membership, you may play on weekends but will be charged a Half Rate green fee.
Term - JOINT
You and your partner must both be members in qualifying categories to enjoy joint membership discount.
Term - UNDER 35'S, STUDENT, COLT, COUNTRY, OVERSEAS
All of the memberships above are full 7 Day LAKELAND Memberships allowing unlimited play with no extra fee’s.
Term - SILVER
You are a full member but must pay a guest green fee any time you wish to play.
