Our flagship ‘Fairways’ Restaurant is open every day for evening dining, available through pre-booking only.
The 3 course menu is changed daily and designed by our team of talented chefs. Every dish is freshly prepared using local ingredients catering for any individual needs or requirements.
To book menu choices must be completed by no later than 12pm on the day of dining. If you have added it into your package then you will be automatically booked.
Relax over an aperitif in our clubhouse bar before savoring the culinary delights awaiting you. We have an extensive range of drinks and boast a huge variety of Beers, Ciders, Ales, Wine & Liquors.
To accompany your meal, why not explore our extensive wine list, selected from the four corners of the world. We have a wine to suit all palates and to compliment your dining choice of the evening. Enjoy the complete experience by matching one of our specially selected wines with your meal.
All our dishes are developed from local produce and locally caught game and sea fare, therefore helping you feel the delights of this wonderful county of Dorset.

A flare and passion for true culinary excellence for over 22 years, Paul captains the team of Chef’s at The Dorset that look after everything from Breakfast to our Evening Dinning in the Fairways Restaurant. Paul dedicates himself everyday to creating and freshly preparing the table d’hôte menu from the best local ingredients.

The food was just fabulous and I couldn’t fault anything about the restaurant experience. The menu choices were fantastic and changed every day with something for everyone. Opening Hours
Restaurant reservations can be made for any time between Dinner Service hours and Resort Guests may casually join us for Breakfast during Guest Breakfast service hours.
Buffet Breakfast Service: 7:30am – 9:30am
Table d’hôte Restaurant Service: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
